I believe the controversial points of bill were based on PM Gillani first US visit, when former president Pervez Musharraf refused to approve the notification that would put ISI under interior ministry control and it was sent back to ministry. These motives are being now again expressed more comprehensively in this bill and for complying more, Security and Economical aid bills have not been passed separately.Unfortunatly, popular leader like Nawaz Sharif hasn't said single word about Kerry-Lugar as of today that proves PML N is playing on both sides. We might face complication in Waziristan Operation in presence of external support to TTP from western cross borders and US should give us Drone technology for successful operation.
